Foundations Build

The one-off project that sets your business up on solid systems: one clean customer list, quotes and follow-ups that run themselves, reviews, reminders and reporting.
As a guide: a straightforward trade business is usually around $2,500; larger or more complex setups run up to $5,000. You get a fixed quote after the audit — and fixed means fixed.

The Mainland platform — one login, one bill, and we manage it for you. It covers your customer database, pipeline, follow-up automation, reviews and reporting in one place. Your data is always yours, and you can export it anytime.
For everyday requests: real humans weekdays 9:00am–4:00pm, with replies within one business day. If something revenue-critical breaks — your phones, your bookings, your automations — there's an urgent line: we respond within two business hours, and genuine emergencies get same-day attention, evenings included. And because we monitor your key automations, we're often onto a problem before you've noticed it.
That's fine — we build systems to hand over, not to hold hostage. Your system runs on the Mainland platform, so the minimum is Platform Hosting at $99/month (licence, backups and security updates, no support included; ad-hoc work billed hourly). Most clients find Essentials an easy step up from there — for $150 more, someone is actually watching it.
No. Essentials and Growth are month-to-month. Systems Partner has a three-month minimum, then it's month-to-month too. Commit to 12 months up front and your setup fee is half price ($495). If you ever leave, we hand everything over tidily — your data is yours.
No — and here's the thing: most businesses that come to us thinking they have an ads problem actually have a follow-up problem. The leads arrive, then leak. We fix the leak first. If you still want ads after that, we'll connect you with people we trust — and your new system will make their work measurable.
